The Proposal: Wynford Green Master Plan

In accordance with policy directions from the City’s planning study, The Wynford Green proposal suggests that the former Celestica campus location becomes a mixed-use community. The master plan will include designs from TACT Architecture, Giannone Petricone Associates, and Public Work. Planned with a pedestrian-and-transit-first approach, the master plan involves many different residential uses such as offices, retailers and public spaces. The new community will be home to around:

  • 10,000 new residents and workers
  • 3887 new residential units
  • 120,000 sq. ft of retail
  • 605,500 sq. fit. of office space
  • 172,000 sq. ft. of community and cultural spaces.
